Pricing Information

Pork: $4.29 Cut and Wrapped
We sell whole hogs, half and quarters. Our most popular sale is a pork “bundle“.
A bundle is approximately 25lbs of fresh and smoked pork in different cuts.
For example:

Typical Bundle

  • 1 or 2 pork shoulder roasts
  • 2 packs thick or thin chops
  • 1 rack country style or spare ribs
  • 1 fresh or smoked ham
  • 2 lbs. ground pork
  • 2 lbs sausage: (breakfast, sweet, mild, hot Italian)
  • 2-3 packs smoked bacon

Chicken: $4.29 per pound
Whole or quartered Cornish Roaster.

Turkey: $4.99 per pound whole.

Lamb: $7.99 lb cut and wrapped
Whole lamb. You will receive about 30-50lbs of meat cut to your choice.
You will get a meat order form in which you can choose how you want your meat cut.

Typically customers receive:

  • Rack of lamb
  • Leg of lamb ( bone-in/boneless)
  • Sirloin or shoulder chops
  • Stew meat
  • Ground lamb
  • Shanks
  • Loin chops
  • Loin roasts

Goat: $5.99 lb
Cut and wrapped. You will receive about 30-50lbs of meat and can decide how you want it cut.
An order form will be completed prior to processing.

  • Stew meat chunk
  • Shank
  • Loin chops
  • Whole shoulder
