SOW AND GROW WITH US IN 2022

By joining our CSA you become part of our farm community. As a member you will have the opportunity to visit the farm, assist with planting and harvesting, attend workshops and special events, and enjoy the Bluebird trail, farm animals, and facilities.
Best of all you will meet new families and friends and grow together.

You will also receive weekly baskets of fresh organic vegetables, herbs, flowers and occasionally honey, mushrooms, and assorted fruit.

Joining our CSA also means you accept the risk involved that weather, natural events, flooding, drought and wildlife can all affect the crop yields. We as your farmers will do our best to provide you with high- quality produce grown naturally and sustainably. We keep the environment and the overall health of the farm as our first priority when choosing our farming practices.

Being part of the farm means that we respect the natural environment, the farm animals, the volunteers and staff, the facilities, and all the many different people participating in farm activities. .

What is Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)?

A CSA is a partnership between the farmer and the shareholders. Shareholders pay up front for their produce, which gives the farmer “seed” money to plant, pay wages to farm hands, and purchase materials as needed.

Then, the shareholders come weekly to collect their baskets. There is an understanding that weather, drought, and natural disasters can affect the crops. However, the shareholders agree to share in these risks. Shareholders also share in the high yielding crops and sometimes get more than expected.
